Ardenne Rally Festival Three demo stages on the second day
After the three passes on the demo stages of Vresse-sur-Semois and Orchimont, scheduled for Friday, May 3rd, the Ardenne Rally Festival continues the next day with six more stages. However, this time the participants will tackle two passes on three different stages...
The 8.79 kilometre-long stage of Pussemange commences the festivities at 10:20 am. The start is given in the centre of Bohan, after which the road climbs towards Bagimont, followed by a descent towards the finish in Pussemange. A technical stage with many treacherous corners that could surprise many a driver...
After a road section through the centre of Vresse-sur-Semois, where the entertainment continues all through the day, it is time for the Gros-Fays stage (8.33 km). A stage that was on the menu of the (cancelled) 2020 South Belgian Rally and was eventually held in 2021. Shortly after the start, the road heads towards Gros-Fays, before passing the drinks stand in Cornimont, after which the stage heads towards the finish in Vivy.
Impossible to organize an Ardenne Rally Festival in the Semois region without putting Bellefontaine on the menu! The 13.28-kilometre stage starts with a show section, in the opposite direction to the one taken in the Rallye de la Semois. After a lap and a half, the cars cross via Petit-Fays towards Bellefontaine, after which they finish at the gates of Vresse-sur-Semois.
Just like the day before, there are approximately 60 kilometres of demo stages on the program, for a total of 120 kilometres over the two days.
Those who make it to the end of the Ardenne Rally Festival will drive across the Vresse-sur-Semois finish ramp one last time at 4:55 pm, after which it is time for the closing festivities...
