Ardenne Rally Festival History is being rewritten before your eyes!

A love for rallying embodies speed, adrenaline, atmosphere, victories, and titles—but it also celebrates history! It’s no wonder that the Ardenne Rally Festival has received tremendous support from its first edition. Even without competition, the eyes of rally classic enthusiasts light up when they see the racing cars zoom past. From May 1st to May 3rd, these fans will once again be treated to an unforgettable experience in and around Vresse-sur-Semois!

While organiser DG Sport regularly sees new registrations coming in, and it is already clear that all the golden eras of rallying will be represented.

The provisional list of participants includes vehicles dating back to the 1960s, such as the Renault 8 Gordini and the Opel Kadett B, alongside classic models like the Lancia Fulvia HF, Mini Marcos 1300 GT, and Simca Rallye 3. And, of course, the highlight will be the world-class award-winning Alpine A110 'Berlinette'!

It was the era of rear-wheel drive cars, which slid spectacularly and very sideways through the bends. With cars like the Fiat 131 Abarth, Ford Escort Mk1 and Mk2, Opel Kadett GT/E, Talbot Sunbeam Lotus, and Triumph TR7 V8, the Ardenne Rally Festival promises to delight spectators with many surprising and joyful moments.

The iconic Lancia Stratos, the first car developed specifically for rallying and not derived from a production model, will also make an appearance. The legendary battles with the different versions of the Porsche 911 are still vivid in the memories of many, and that was just before Group B made its debut. Prepare to see the Renault 5 Turbo, Audi Quattro and Quattro Sport, and Talbot Samba, alongside the MG Metro 6R4, which will be driven by Reinhard Klein himself!

After the formidable Group B cars were retired, Group A took centre stage, introducing increasingly powerful vehicles. Don’t miss the Alfa Romeo GTV6, Audi 200 Quattro, Ford Sierra RS Cosworth (driven by Swiss racer Philippe Camandona), Escort RS Cosworth, Lancia Delta Integrale Evo2, Subaru Impreza 555, BMW M3 E30, Renault Clio Williams, Fiat Punto, Peugeot 206, Opel Astra GSi, and Volkswagen Golf GTi - all of which are set to attend!

The first generation of World Rally Cars will be represented by the Ford Escort WRC and Skoda Fabia WRC.

Keep in mind that this provisional list is far from exhaustive. What is certain is that the 2025 edition of the Ardenne Rally Festival will be an extraordinary event!
