Ardenne Rally Festival You can apply for your participation starting January !

After the success of its first edition, which captivated all fans of historic and iconic rally cars, DG Sport is excited to announce the continuation of the Ardenne Rally Festival. The second edition will take place on Friday, May 2nd, and Saturday, May 3rd, 2025, in the picturesque setting of Vresse-sur-Semois, which will continue to be the event's epicentre.

Although any form of competition will once again be absent, the starting lineup will serve as a fantastic time machine, featuring cars from Group 1 to Group 5, Group B to Group A, as well as Group N and the first World Rally Cars. Belgium and its neighbouring countries are known as the birthplace of rallying, and there are increasing initiatives aimed at reviving these iconic machines. This likely contributes to the success of this format.

The registration process for the second edition of the Ardenne Rally Festival will be the same as that of the 2024 edition: any owner of a historic rally car can apply to participate starting January (date TBC). The primary criteria for acceptance include the car's livery, which must closely resemble its original colours, and the mechanical components, which should have a clear connection to the original model. The jury reserve the right to accept cars that may not fully align with the event's spirit but are likely to generate significant interest from spectators.

Applications will be processed on a 'first come, first served' basis by a jury comprised of members of Slowly Sideways Benelux. All applicants, whether accepted or not, will be notified of their application status. Registration will only be valid once the registration fee has been paid.

So, in the spirit of rallying, we encourage you to finalize your projects and visit the official Ardenne Rally Festival website starting January to secure your spot. For organizational purposes and to ensure smooth demo runs, a maximum of 150 cars will be accepted.

See you in Vresse!
