Ardenne Rally Festival Ardenne Rally Festival 2026: What? Where? When?
For the 2026 edition of the Ardenne Rally Festival, organiser DG Sport has decided to slightly change the event’s setting, with the headquarters now located in Alle-sur-Semois. But that is not all! By hosting a round of the Belgian Rally Championship Division 2 alongside the traditional demo runs of historic and iconic rally cars, the organiser may have created some confusion. However, the programme is crystal clear!
On Friday, May 29, the demo runs will clearly take centre stage, with their own shakedown between 9:00 and 11:30 AM, followed by the official start marked by the first pass over the starting podium at 12:30 PM. The demo runs will conclude shortly after 5:30 PM, when each car will cross the podium one final time and the drivers and co-drivers will be able to share their impressions live.
During these first demo stages, participants in the BRC D2 segment will have the opportunity to take part in their preparatory shakedown, scheduled between 2:00 and 6:00 PM.
Saturday, May 30 promises to be another absolutely unmissable day! From 8:30 AM, the Ardenne Rally Festival will start in BRC D2-mode, while participants in the demo runs will cross the starting podium from 10:00 AM onwards. They will also be the first to finish, this time definitively, at around 7:00 PM. The final verdict in the BRC D2 competition will be delivered shortly after 8:00 PM.
As tradition dictates, numerous trophies will be awarded to participants in the demo runs, while the various winners of the BRC competition will be honoured during the traditional closing ceremony.
In short, the public will have to choose between reliving rally history and enjoying pure competition, especially on Saturday. However, visitors may also decide not to sacrifice either aspect and instead combine demo runs and special stages on the same day. In that case, the official programme – available for purchase at the price of 5 euros – will certainly come in handy for planning the ideal schedule for this double event.
In short, there will be plenty to experience in the Semois region…
